Teachers and principals can apply on behalf of:

1. Students who are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents; and

2. Students* in Primary and Secondary levels in mainstream schools; and

3. Students or family members who are in any of the following crises:

a) Death of a breadwinner
b) Accidents
c) Sudden illnesses

*In our effort to reach out to families with much younger kids, we have for the first time opened up the Compassion Fund to PCF Kindergartens who participated in Share-A-Meal 2007.

Please note that retrenchment in the family will not be considered for application.
