We believe that:
- To make a difference in the life of a child faced with a family crisis, we have to help the family remain together and stay afloat at this critical juncture in their lives. Assistance must therefore be prompt and timely.

- By educating students about helping other students, it encourages them to develop a sense of compassion for the less fortunate amongst them.
